Boibi: I think you meant [pakora](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pakora). Which is almost always made with chickpea flour. I feel like that’s kind of important.

**INGREDIENTS**
* 6 chicken drumettes
* Salt & pepper
* 1 cup flour
* 2 teaspoons curry powder
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 eggs
* 2/3 cup milk
* Sweet chili sauce, to serve
* Cilantro, to garnish
**INSTRUCTIONS**
1. Clip the skin from the bottom of the drumettes and fold up to look like tulips. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, curry powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, eggs and milk. Transfer to a tall, wide glass.
3. Preheat oil to 340 degrees.
4. Dunk each drumette into the batter, then fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with sweet chili sauce.
