Sarah_Behrendt: **Ingredients**
* 1 1/2 cup (230g) hazelnuts
* 1 cup (80g) chocolate protein powder
* 1/4 cup (25g) raw cocoa powder
* 6 tbsp powdered stevia
* approx. 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or more)
**Instructions**
1. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C. Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
2. Transfer the hazelnuts to a food processor and process until they are chopped very granular. Add the almond milk one tablespoon at a time to thin it out until you have the desired texture.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. You can adjust the amount of cocoa and almond milk if needed.
4. Transfer your homemade Nutella in a jar. It will stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy!
timwing: Is regular nutella not gluten-free?
gazongas001: Looks clumpy
TrueBlonde: Have you calculated the macros on this?
ouTPhaze: Sounds great minus the stevia diarrhea side effect
Tamisea: Personally, I would add some coconut oil to it. 🙂
Also, r/ketorecipes would like this!
8_millimeter: Gonna try it.
PierogiD: Delicious on bagels.
skullkandyable: If you like recipes like this, I think you’ll like America’s test Kitchen DIY cook book. I live in Russia and theres lots of staples I can’t get here, so I try to make them myself. Homemade nutella is one of their first recipes. http://a.co/egstEnn
CoffeeNut98: The title uh, needs some work
gromath: Great recipe, thanks for sharing! Right the other day I was craving Nutella but I’m on a processed food detox diet. This will be very helpful
alishabag0: That’s why I can just eat chocolate frosting. Winning.
DrianoBriscoll: Do you have a version with gluten in it?
