But why wouldn’t you just poach an egg in there? No peeling. Fresh ginger and sesame oil go a long way, and why cook chicken specifically for this? This is where you chop up leftover whatever and add it in.
Also, all that garlic powder is going to scorch in that hot pan (like it did at the edges of the chicken) and taste awful…you can’t use that as a “breading”!
