Spaceshipable: The steak looks a little raw. Note, not rare but raw. If you’ve been refrigerating then take the steaks out 15 mins before cooking.

Ingredients
Flank Steak
1 Orange, juice and zest
1 Lime, Juice and Zest
1/4 Cup chopped Corriander
1/4 Cup chopped Mint
2 Tbsp Crushed Garlic
2 Tbsp Freshly chopped Rosemary
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
Salt and Pepper

sickschiggins: For flank steak, consider hammering it out a little for tenderizing before the marinade. I always like my flank steak hammered out pretty thin and stuck on a skewer.
