**Ingredients:**
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sambal oelek
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
3 cups broccoli florets
4 zucchinis, spiralized using the 5.5mm blade
2 green onions, thinly sliced on a bias
**Preparation:**
Stir soy sauce, sambal oelek, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and sesame seeds together in a
small bowl with a whisk.
eat grapeseed oil in a large skillet over medium. Cook garlic in hot oil until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir red bell pepper and broccoli with the garlic and sauté to slightly soften, 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir prepared sauce with the vegetables to coat; cook until vegetables begin to soften but retain some crunch, about 3 minutes; add zucchini and cook until just heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
Divide dish between four plates; garnish with green onion and sesame seeds to serve.
