Thor4269: Lasagna pie
canada5dollarbill: I wonder if the pizza dough top / bottom wouldn’t be too chewy for something like this. Only one way to find out I guess.
The bolognese and bechamel steps are /r/restofthefuckingowl territory. I know, it’s as simple as googling the recipes for both – just would have liked to see it spelled out in the gif.
Kind of excited to try this.
swashbucklerjak: Jesus man I’m trying to lose weight
virtualmitch101: I got my blood test results back from the doctor today.
I can’t watch these gifs anymore.
Slenderpman: That’s gotta be what, 700 calories per slice? 800? More? Looks delicious but Christ almighty that can’t be good for you.
flyinhyphy: i will never for the life of me understand why anyone would need to eat bread when theyre already eating pasta.
Dislodged_Puma: At least this version of lasagna has meat in it. So many of this weird lasagna creations just forgo the meat.

Ingredients:
> 4 cups bolognese
> 3 cups bechamel
> Mozzarella cheese slices
> 800g pizza dough, divided
> Fresh lasagna sheets
> 3/4 cup grated mixed cheddar cheese
> 1/4 cup grated mozzarella
> 2 tbsp grated parmesan
> 1 tsp minced garlic
> 1/4 cup mayonnaise
> Chopped parsley
Directions:
> Pre-heat oven to 220ºC (425ºF). Grease a springform pan well with butter. Split pizza Dough into 2/3 and 1/3. Roll the 2/3 of dough out into a large circle big enough to line the inside of the pan, up the sides and just hanging over.
> Layer the middle with a little bolognese and béchamel topped with lasagna noodles. Add more bolognese, béchamel, mozzarella cheese and a layer of lasagna. Continue with remaining ingredients until the top layer is cheese.
> Top with remaining pizza dough which has been rolled into a circle. Press gently and pinch edges to seal. Trim any excess dough around edges. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
> Meanwhile, in a bowl mix together mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic. Spread evenly over the top of the crust and put back in the oven. Grill for 5 minutes until bubbly.
> Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy!
