CocktailChem: Hey team- did a fun one this week and recreated a terrible cocktail from of my favorite shows The Office. After tasting Michael Scott’s version, I realize it shares a lot of ingredients with the Long Island Iced Tea, so I make my favorite recipe for that cocktail.

**MICHAEL SCOTT’S “ONE OF EVERYTHING”**
* .75 oz (22ml) scotch
* .75 oz (22ml) absinthe
* .75 oz (22ml) white rum
* .75 oz (22ml) gin
* .75 oz (22ml) sweet vermouth
* .75 oz (22ml) triple sec
* 2 packs of splenda
*Directions*
* Add all ingredients to a rocks glass
* Stir
* Sip
* Likely spit out
**IMPROVED VERSION: THE LONG ISLAND ICED TEA**
* .5 oz (15ml) white rum
* .5 oz (15ml) gin
* .5 oz (15ml) triple sec
* .5 oz (15ml) reposado tequila
* .75 oz (22ml) fresh lemon juice
* .25oz (7ml) simple syrup
* 1.5oz (45ml) cola
*Directions*
* Add all ingredients except cola to a shaker tin with ice
* Shake for 15 seconds
* Double strain into collins glass with ice
* Top with cola, stir with a straw, enjoy!
