Vegetable_Burrito: Oh, nice. A pumpkin version of the banana protein pancakes!
bilbiblib: This looks delicious, and I am going to make it for my toddler!
Hiphopopotamus18: Looks good, but the syrup just seems to defeat the purpose of eating healthy.
leave_me_behind: 1/3 cup pumpkin? i put more pumpkin than that as a topping on my pumpkin. you need more pumpkin. then replace the coconut sugar with a pinch of sugar and a tablespoon of crunchy natural peanut butter. and add vanilla.
Draqur: This is a great recipe, assuming (hopefully) it tastes slightly better than a boiled potato. Very clean, great macros. I’ll try it out in a few days I think when I run out of planned meals or as a snack. I’ll probably use oat flour instead of ground oats though. I don’t have a good way to grind oats… and I still have about 20lbs leftover of oat flour from a 50lb sack. 🙂 Would be nice to have another good use for it!
wish posts like this got a few more upvotes so I’d see them more often instead of getting buried. :
ScrewSnow: What is coconut sugar and how is it different? Do you use it for specific recipes or is it an all around replacement for bleached sugar?
