### Ingredients
* ½ cup / 50 g Cacao powder
* 3 tbsp Maple Syrup / another sweetener
* 4 tbsp Coconut Butter or Oil
* 1 tbsp dried Cherries
* 2 tbsp Goji Berries
* 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
* 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
* 2 tbsp Raisins
* 1 tbsp Pine nuts
### Method
* Melt the coconut oil or butter.
* Mix together the sweetener and sifted cacao powder with the liquid coconut fat until combined.
* Stir in the fruit and seeds then spoon into your mini cases.
* Chill until set then enjoy.
* Best eaten within a few days while the seeds are still crunchy. Can be frozen.
Equipment: Double boiler and small cup cases about 1″ in diameter.
