AdvancedMixology: **INGREDIENTS**
* 1.5 c water
* 1 1-inch chunk fresh ginger
* 1 bottle (750ml) red blend wine
* 8 Cinnamon sticks
* 1 tsp cardamom
* .25 c. honey
* Star anise
* Whole cloves
* 5 Clementines
* 2 slices lemon
* .5 cup brandy
**PREPARATION**
* Rinse clementines and poke with whole cloves
* Add water, ginger, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, & honey to a saucepan.
* Bring to a boil, then simmer with lid on medium-low heat for 10 minutes
* Add clove decorated clementines and red wine
* Simmer on low for 10 more minutes with lid
tvtb: I think they should have used something else besides water at the beginning. Use more wine, use lemon-lime soda, use juice… use something that will make it not a spiced watered-down wine drink.
Or, just omit it entirely. My mulled wine is almost exactly like this, without the water. The brandy spike makes it a bit strong but it’s not too much.

manbiteswolf: What exactly is the issue with your fonts and layout? If you aren’t using that illegible script, you’re doing it like this where the words are in different sizes, different positions on screen, and everything is moving too quickly. I’m not going to watch this five or six times trying to get the details down, and if I wanted to just come to the comments for the instructions then why have the gif at all?
There are tons of examples on this sub where the creators have made their work useful, legible, and still aesthetically appealing, but you seem to have continued issues doing the same. So what’s the issue?
