**These are super thick and fudge-like. Great for people who don’t like runny oatmeal!**
**Ingredients**
80g (or two servings) of your favorite oatmeal.
3/4 cup Silk Cashew Milk
1 serving Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (I use Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey – Rich Chocolate)
1 serving/11g of Jell-O Instant Sugar Free-Fat Free Chocolate Fudge
Additional Toppings I ad (not necessary but if you want to add them go for it)
* Sliced banana
* raspberries
* blueberries
* anything else you may like
**Instructions**
1. Throw all of the ingredients together in a bowl/mason jar (minus the additional toppings – leave that for the end).
2. Mix it all together until everything is incorporated well.
3. Top with your additional ingredients (bananas, berries, etc)
4. Cover your bowl/mason jar and place that sucker in the fridge overnight.
Wake up the next day and enjoy.
This breaks down to **35g protein** per serving with only **4g sugar** and **9g fat**
Constance374: This may seem like a silly question, but do you cook the oatmeal first? Or just mix it, uncooked, with the other ingredients? I want to try this…
yuyevin: Can you do this without jell-o?
