**EASY ANTIPASTO SKEWERS**
Makes 8 skewers (4 servings)
* 16 Mozzarella ciliegine cheese (small balls)
* 16 Heirloom cherry tomatoes
* 16 Fresh basil leaves
* 16 Kalamata or other mediterranean olives
* 1 Red pepper – cut into 1 inch squares
* 16 Pepperoncini
* 16 slices Prosciutto
* Olive oil
* Aged Balsamic vinegar
* Salt & pepper
**PREPARATION**
1. Add ingredients one by one to the skewer alternating items
2. Add skewers to serving plate
3. Drizzle skewers with olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over plated skewers
