Jemikwa: Oh man, kalbi are awesome. My hometown has a Korean restaurant run only by a Korean lady who moved to the US and her son, and they make amazing food. Kalbi are so flavorful and meaty. The only downside is they can be tough around the bone, but it’s manageable. I really want some now…
