CocktailChem: Here I use the “reverse dry shake” method to make this delicious egg white cocktail. If you’re freaked out about egg whites for some reason, you can swap with a tablespoon of chick pea brine (aquafaba)

TBOIA: I have a non alcoholic version of these all the time except I replace the lemon juice with orange juice, the raspberries with orange slices, I don’t use egg or syrup or extra sugar, and I replace the glass with an orange peel. My grocery store usually has them pre-made in the produce isle.
