I have a bottle of Prosecco in my pantry that was given to me as a gift, but neither my husband or I drink. Anyone have any great baking recipes using Prosecco? Preferably looking for something that would involve cooking the alcohol out, most everything if found has it used as a soak or in a frosting, not in the baking itself. TIA!
JamesTiberiusChirp: Just a heads up, it takes a really long time to actually evaporate all the alcohol during. Like, hours. Give the bottle to someone who will drink it.

biggayfoodie: [Prosecco pound cake!] (https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/sandra-lee/prosecco-pound-cakes-with-sparkling-glaze-recipe-1922600) airy, moist, and the prosecco gives the cake a little bit of a funk that balances out the sweetness.

meateatr: Just off the top of my head, white wines tend to taste good with a butter/garlic/lemon reduction sauce on a pasta.
wrapupwarm: Anything that uses white wine can be replaced with prosecco
kjer20: My ex is French and used to put a bit of prosecco in his crepe mix which should be cooked out on the hot pan – he claimed it adds to the taste and texture. Could try it in pancakes too.
CocoaMotive: prosecco jelly is quite popular. Never tried it myself.
nicotinemacabre: I use this recipe with prosecco and have received rave reviews! https://www.lifeloveandsugar.com/2014/12/29/champagne-cupcakes/
