CocktailChem: **[Full video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rC4a0Y–X1A)**
I just got married! My last post was the 1st of my 3 cocktails I designed for my wedding, this is the 2nd.
We got married in Maui, so for the “his & her” cocktail I made a delicious twist on a piña colada, because Hawaii.
**Their cocktail: Piña Verde**
* 1.5oz (45ml) Green Chartreuse
* .5oz (15ml) fresh pineapple juice
* .5oz (15ml) cream of coconut
* 1oz (30ml) fresh lime juice
Directions:
* Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice
* Shake for 15 seconds
* Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice
* Garnish with a few pineapple leaves
(Piña verde cocktail is from Polite Provisions in San Diego, though I use a slightly adjusted spec)
zanzertem: Solid sip reaction, approved.
HeartlessBastard131: I always love how much character your gifs have in them, as opposed to the ones where we don’t even see the food or drink item actually consumed. Plus the recipes are great!
elsynkala: I haven’t had (or heard of!) green chartreuse before. what does it taste like? what is it?
this looks fantastic. screw you for making this, i’m 7 months pregnant and all i want is a freaking margarita, now all i want is this!!!!!
thxxx1337: There’s something about the way that man sips his drinks. I don’t know what it is, but I find it unsettling.
smashadages: Definitely going to try this.
Coash: When he added the pineapple leaves, all I could think of was WILSONNNNNNN
BasX: This looks incredible! Thank you so much for sharing!
esperion523: If you can’t hand-crush ice lovingly collected from the side of a glacier, store bought is fine.
youRaMF: Good way to stab yourself in the eye.
FormerJoe: Cream of coconut the same a cononut milk?
Trishtort: got to try it – looks perfert
PropaneHank: I thought because of the name “cocktail chemistry” there would be some talk of the science of why the drink works.
Kind of a dumb name.
platonic_handjobs: 2/10, was looking for actual chemistry. Colour me disappointed
