IradaKitchen: Ingredients:
• 4 Tbsp. of Oil
• 2 lb. of Ground Beef
Seeded and Diced:
• 1 Large Onion
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Jalapeno Pepper
6 Cloves of Garlic
Seasoning:
• 1 Tbsp. of Taco Seasoning
• 1 Tbsp. of Paprika
• 1 tsp of Ground Black Pepper
• 2 tsp of Dried Oregano
Canned ingredients:
• 3 14oz cans of Diced Tomatoes
• 2 Cups of Tomato Sauce
• 2 15oz cans of Red Kidney Beans (Drained and rinsed)
• 2 cups of chicken or beef broth
Instructions:
1) Heat the oil in a large pot over medium high heat
2) Cook ground beef until no longer pink for about 10 minutes.
3) Add your vegetables and cook for about 7 minutes or until the veggies have softened.
4) Add your spices and herbs and give it a nice stir.
5) Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans and chicken stock. Bring it to a boil.
6) Reduce the heat to medium low and cook covered for about 2 hours.
7) Adjust your seasoning to taste, garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy!

Nirabisbored: That’s basically how I make mine. Only difference is I also don’t add taco seasoning and add pinto beans.
