**Ingredients**
*Crust*
1 C Almond Flour
1 1/2 C All Purpose Flour, can substitute a gluten free blend
1/2 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2/3 C Coconut Oil, melted
*Filling*
2-3 Peaches
1-2 Apricots
12 Cherries
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Simple Syrup (optional)
Topping
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Margarine or Shortening
**Directions**
Preheat oven to 350/180 and prepare an 11inch/28cm tart pan. There is no need to grease the pan if it is non-stick.
For the crust, mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add in the coconut oil, and combine until fully incorporated. Crust should be able to be handled without sticking to your fingers.
Press crust into the tart pan and bake for 5-10 minutes until the crust is set and lightly browned.
While crust is baking, slice peaches and apricots into 1/2 inch/1cm slices and arrange in circles starting from the outside working in.
Cut cherries in half, and place them around the tart.
Mix together all topping ingredients, sometimes your fingers work better. The consistency should be crumby.
Sprinkle topping over tart and bake for 15-20 minutes until fruit is tender.
Brush lemon juice and simple syrup over tart. Enjoy!
