squarepeg0000: It seems part of the gif is missing.
IceCreamSometimes: So many bowls unnecessarily dirtied!! Why put the egg whites in one bowl only to immediately transfer them to a different bowl??
I have some questions. Why fold in the vanilla, cornstrach, and lemon juice? Why not beat it in there? Also, cooking time seems short but I am comparing that to meringue which cooks for a couple hours at very low temp, can you help me understand that?
Mutch: You need to show those final steps, including what it looks like after the oven and before the whipped cream.
Looking forward to seeing some more from your channel.
CrunchCooking: What do you guys think of this quality, I finally got the gif to be less framey and I am wondering what you guys think. Sorry for missing out on a week but I had trouble trying to convert the video to a gif. Hope you enjoy future high quality gifs!

HolyHypodermics: Hang on, so you’re just gonna put unsweetened whipped cream there? Won’t it be bland?
