**Tortilla :**
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup water
Preparation:
Whisk the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl. Mix in with your fingers until the flour resembles cornmeal. Add the water and mix until the dough comes together; place on a lightly floured surface and knead a few minutes until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use a well-floured rolling pin to roll a dough ball into a thin, round tortilla. Place into the hot skillet, and cook until bubbly and golden; flip and continue cooking until golden on the other side. Place the cooked tortilla in a tortilla warmer; continue rolling and cooking the remaining dough.
**Guacamole:**
Mix together one crushed avocado, one small chopped onion, one small chopped tomato, pinch of salt and pepper, the juice of one small lemon, and chopped coriander and **cilantro** .
**Beef:**
Mix your beef with salt and peper, put aside.
In a skillet, fry, in two tbsp of oil one medium, chopped onion with one or two peppers (depending on your taste), add salt and pepper. When it is all melted, add the beef and let it cook for 10 minutes. (Until beef is tender)
**Salad:**
Mix in a bowl: Lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped pickles, chopped cucumber, chopped red cabbage, canned corn, season with 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of olive oile, salt and pepper.
**Potato**:
Cut your potato in small cubes and fry them.
