Got this recipe from Cooking with Dog. Made some changes to it because I don’t like certain ingredients. [Here’s the original recipe from Cooking with Dog.](https://cookingwithdog.com/recipe/rice-burgers/)
**Ingredients**
– 200g Cooked rice
– 100g Wagyu Beef slices (or other kinds of beef slices)
– 20g carrot
– 20g bell peppers
– 40g onions
– Green Leaf Lettuce
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– salt & pepper
– 2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce (Optional)
– Toasted sesame seeds (Optional)
– 1/2 tsp Sake (Optional)
– Waxed paper
**Directions**
1. Put the rice in plastic wrap and shape it into a bun. You can do so by rolling it into a ball and press it down on a flat surface. Then shape the edges to make it into a circle.
2. Coat the pan with oil and add the rice buns. Lightly brown the both sides. Brush one side of the buns with soy sauce and flip them over. Remove the buns when the aroma of toasted soy sauce grows stronger.
3. Season the beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and some pepper. Then add the Sake.
4. Cut the carrots into thin strips, onion into thin wedges, and bell peppers into thin slices. Stir-fry the vegetables in a frying pan. Season with salt. You can also add teriyaki sauce at this point if you want. Put them aside when you finished cooking.
5. Add the seasoned beef slices into the pan and stir-fry them until no longer pink. Remove them from the pan after finished cooking.
6. Assemble the rice burger. Place the rice bun onto a waxed paper. Add the green leaf lettuce, stir-fried vegetables, and beef slices. Sprinkle some toasted white sesame seeds.
7. Finally, cover the toppings with another rice bun. Remember to place each rice bun with the coating side facing outwards so you can enjoy the aroma of the toasted soy sauce.
