* 4 Tbsp. olive oil
* 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
* 1 tsp. dried oregano
* 1 tsp. dried basil
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
* 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
* 12 oz. black bean pasta, boiled according to package instructions, and rinsed in cold water
* 1 cup cooked lentils
* 1 cup cooked, shelled edamame
* 1 orange bell pepper, diced
* 1 (3.8 oz.) can sliced black olives
* 1/2 a red onion, diced
### Instructions
1. To make the dressing: to a bowl, add oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk well, and set to the side.
2. To a large bowl, add pasta, lentils, edamame, orange pepper, olives, and red onion. Stir together. Add dressing, and stir until evenly combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Store in the fridge, and serve cold. Makes about nine cups.
