canada5dollarbill: Quick tip: because this recipe calls for pumpkin spice (you can easily make your own by googling a recipe), buy unspiced pumpkin puree.
Buying prespiced puree and adding the spices in this recipe will greatly overpower the cheesecake with pumpkin spice.
