StevO_32: I wish our Domino’s was like that, when I was a delivery driver all we did was used the pizza dough, cut in half, applied butter then garlic oil and parm

*For Milk wash:*
* ¼ cup milk
* ½ tsp sugar

*Garlic Butter:*
1. Melt the butter
2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well
*Garlic Bread:*
1. In a large mixing bowl take warm water, dry yeast, sugar and salt, mix well
2. Rest for 5 minutes till the yeast activates
3. Add in the sifted flour and start kneading (add the oil and continue kneading for 10 minutes)
4. Add an additional ½ cup of water if required
5. Rest aside for 1 hour till the dough doubles in size
6. Once the dough has proved, flatten in out and roll into a round shape
7. On one half of the circle, add melted butter and fold into a half moon shape (use milk to seal off edges)
8. Seal the edges and apply a coat of melted butter on the top side of the dough
9. Partially cut the dough into strips
10. Set aside for 10 minutes and let the dough prove
11. Transfer the dough onto a dusted baking tray and bake in a preheated OTG at 180°C
12. Bake for 20 minutes till cooked (if the bread is springy to touch, it should be done)
13. Once cooked, brush with a little garlic butter
Gobble, gobble, gobble!
Note: apply a coat of milk wash on top of the bread while it’s half-way cooked, it’ll help it get a nice golden colour.
DRJT: I don’t know how many other places have it, but Dominos UK have a garlic pizza bread
Basically a personal pizza base that’s smothered in garlic butter, then topped with sauce & cheese. It’s glorious, and I wish I knew how to clone it
