– 6 oz (177 ml) of cold water at room temperature
– 2 teaspoons of syrup
– 2 teaspoons (2-3 g) of flower petals
– 6 oz (177 ml) of hot water at 195 degrees Fahrenheit (91 degrees Celsius)
**Instructions**
1. Cold steep Taiwan Shan Lin Xi High Mountain Oolong tea leaves in a fridge overnight
2. Mix syrup and cold Oolong tea in a cocktail shaker
3. Hot brew the flower petals with hot water
4. Pour the hot floral brew slowly over the cold Oolong tea blend to create colour separation
