* 2 teaspoons yeast
* 1 teaspoon olive oil
* 3/4 cup water
* 1/4 cup milk
* Pinch of sugar
* 2 cups flour
* Pinch of salt

* 1 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese
* 7 ounces ham, chopped
* 1 teaspoon oregano
* 1 egg yolk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. In a medium bowl, add yeast, olive oil, water, milk and a pinch of sugar. Stir to combine. Add flour and salt. Mix to form dough. Cover bowl with a clean kitchen towel and set aside to let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
1. In a separate bowl, mix the creamy Brazilian cheese, mozzarella, chopped ham and oregano. Set aside.
1. Place the dough on a floured surface, and knead by hand. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and cut out circles approximately 2 inches in diameter.
1. Top each circle with a mixture of ham and cheese, then fold it in half and half again.
1. Place them side by side in a circular baking dish, and brush with egg.
1. Place in oven for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
