hartfield05: The [recipe](https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/red-wine-braised-short-ribs) for the short ribs is from Bon Appetit. Really worth the time and effort.
The Mashed Cauliflower recipe is from the packaging of the Green Giant Cauliflower Crumbles I bought at the grocery store. I didn’t have milk so I had to substitute heavy cream, and used only 1 tbsp of butter. I loved it. It was so light and tasty!
Mashed Cauliflower:
1 lb bag of cauliflower rice/crumbles
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Steam the Cauliflower in the bag or on a bowl. (4 minutes in the microwave) Let sit in the microwave to cool a little bit.
2. Transfer the cauliflower in the food processor, and the rest of the ingredients. Process until it resembles Mashed Potatoes. Add more seasoning if necessary.
As for the Brussels Sprouts, you can find the recipe [here](http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/shredded-brussels-sprouts-with-bacon-and-onions-193511#activity-feed) .
Edit: Took out “steamed.”
Fatpandasneezes: This would fit perfectly in /r/ketorecipes
smallgiant1: Braised is the best!
giveitago: Brussels Sprouts hash is the best. I thought it was only me.
smellslikekimchi: I also use that recipe with small additions. I add a little bit of fish sauce in place of salt because fish sauce is the tits. I also add a splash of sherry vinegar for acidity. But my best modification in my opinion is a small pinch of ground cinnamon for the wonderful aroma.
cjoyful: This looks absolutely beautiful.
hartfield05: I liked it a lot! I usually roast halves in the oven, but I thought it’d be better to sauté them since the short ribs were braising in the oven and I only have one oven!
Shockandhawk: I definitely thought that was a frog at first glance.
RDR911: Don’t you mean “Short Rib”?
It looks like you’ve only cooked one.
smileywaters: Homemade ribs, eh! Did you name the cow, or no? Also, how long did you store the wine after you processed the grapes(it is homemade after all!)?
