DwarfTheMike: Scotch bonnet pepper should be used, not habanero. There also isn’t nearly enough seasoning for that amount of chicken. They should also use all spice, nutmeg, and mace. They should add all the ingredients together and grill them, and not bother with this two step seasoning approach.
These aren’t even close to jerk chicken.

While I get there’s a certain freedom each chef can have with their arrangement of spices and such, those are often times the things that lend to the name of the dish.
