* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/2 cup water
* 2 1/4 tsp yeast
* 3 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 egg, beaten
* 2 cups flour
* Oil for coating
* Horn tube
* Egg wash
* Sesame seeds
* Poppy seeds
**Directions**
1. In a large bowl, mix milk and water.
1. Add in yeast.
1. Mix in vegetable oil.
1. Pour in sugar and salt.
1. Mix, mix, mix!
1. Add egg and 2 cups of flour.
1. Mix, mix, mix!
1. Pour in the rest of flour slowly.
1. Mix until dough forms.
1. Coat with oil.
1. Cover and let sit.
1. Cover until dough doubles.
1. Sprinkle flour on flat surface.
1. Roll dough into tube shape.
1. Slice into pieces.
1. Roll one piece into a rope.
1. Roll rope around greased horn tube.
1. Continue for other pieces.
1. Rest on baking sheet.
1. Brush cones with egg wash.
1. Sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds.
1. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes.

Mentalpatient87: Was there tin foil or something inside the cones when they put them in the oven? I guess to keep them from collapsing? Seems like an important detail to include if so.
