xenothaulus: I am saving this to make the next time I have people over. One of them is a vegan and I always struggle to figure out what to make besides a veggie tray, that she can eat and everyone else will also enjoy. I will substitute panko bread crumbs for the cheese. These will be a nice surprise for her.

TheAdamMorrison: Im a huge fan of very simple garlic stuffed mushrooms.
Dice the stems of the mushrooms and some garlic cloves. Mix them with slat, pepper, breadcrumbs and olive oil. Coat the caps with il, stuff and bake.
Everything I have every done to try and tweak this simple recipe i have regretted. This super simple and fast method is the best.
