1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. poppy seeds
4 oz. fresh baby spinach
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1/3 cup sliced almonds
**LET’S GET COOKING…**
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, honey and poppy seeds. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, strawberries and sliced almonds. Pour dressing over the spinach and strawberries.
**Toss to coat.**
