nibattack: This sounds like a good idea but feels like a textural nightmare. Fatty undercooked bacon with gritty greasy beef in the middle of a likely crunchy sweet onion. I think the recipe would be better without the onion. I’m not trying to be rude but when I’m looking for an onion recipe I kinda want them to be front and center.
