1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup strawberry ice cream
1 cup mango ice cream
18 small gulab jamun
4 -5 small gulam jamun, crushed
Pistachio – for serving
Method-
1. Line a rectangular baking pan with cling wrap
2. Add vanilla ice cream & spread evenly.
3. Place small gulab jamuns on top of vanilla ice cream layer.
4. Add strawberry ice cream & spread evenly.
5. In a bowl, crush gulab jamun & spread over strawberry ice cream
6. Add mango ice cream & spread evenly.
7. Fold in cling wrap from sides & cover with more cling wrap.
8. Place in freezer for 4 – 5 hours
9. Once set, take out the cake from freezer, cut into slices
10. Sprinkle chopped pistachio & serve immediately.
