Auronp87: These seem really simple and easy to make. I like the bottle cap hole punch out too, so you’re not stuck buying things for the recipe outside of the ingredients if you don’t already have them in your kitchen.
ting_bu_dong: As someone who worked in a Donut store as a teenager, I’ll share the actual recipe:
* Donut mix – 1 large, heavy bag
* Water – lots
Mix all ingredients in a large floor-standing mixer with a dough hook. Place dough blob on conveyor belt to flatten and cut it. Fry in three-week-old oil. Place donuts on metal bars, and dip in giant, dirty vat of glaze. Hang to drip on the floor for me to clean up later.
Edit: Oh, sorry, forgot the recipe for the glaze.
**For the glaze**
Plastic bags of glaze – several
Cut open bags of glaze. Pour into dirty vat.
AmySchumersAnalTumor: This recipe is great and all, but how do I make these on a grill?

anxiety_goddess: This is gifrecipes, how did you make a donut without biscuits from a can?
bfizzledizzle: For a second there I thought I was being instructed to fry the doughnuts in honey water.
Darklyte: I feel like I got a face full of ingredients. Camera should be maybe another foot away.
Falathrin: How does one deep fry safely? I’ve been told so many scary stories about what can go wrong there that it’s gotten to the point I refuse to try it in the fear of burning my house down
agent_macklinFBI: Give me yeasted donuts, or give me death.

MintyRainforest: Okay, I’m sure the recipe is great and all but it bothers me that they broke the yolk before mixing the ingredients together. Part of the fun of baking is watching the egg mix with the rest.
