GWHITJR3: How does kewpie mayo differ than regular hellmans?
Aldierx: Bacon needs more time
Masterd89: Need meat grinder… any recommendations?
White_asparagus7: Never season your meat before it’s in patty form!!! 😩
White_asparagus7: That’s actually why you don’t want to salt the inside. Salt will bind the proteins and won’t allow the rendered fat to distribute itself between the protein. Look at a steak, for example; you salt the outside to help form an incredible crust and create almost a convection within the meat. A sausage will be salted prior to casing for the simple tactic of making sure everything is bound together.
Try them both, see for yourself, but trust me.
NickE25U: Mayo goes on the bottom to stop the grease from the burger soaking the bun. Mayo on a burger is functional not only for taste.
darkrzane: Ever tried grinding bacon into your patty? If you’re making them thin and cooking all the way through, it’s pretty awesome.
mcampo84: FFS use the plunger that came with the grinder. Your fingers are made of meat.
peterpanisavampire: I would add a grilled onion.
Klepto666: I’m neutral on this. Don’t get me wrong, I’d demolish that burger in an instant, but what new “recipe” or “techniques” or “alternative cooking methods” do this burger have over your [Crispy Bacon and Cheese Burger](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E49VTDzVuRU) from 6 months ago, or your [Perfect Double Cheese Burger](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_EyETIN8Lw) from 11 months ago? The first one already showcases how you make your bacon and apply it to a burger, for example.
If anything I think your “Perfect Double Cheese Burger” video is far more interesting due to the amalgam of different spices and using a food processor to show how you can make your minced beef from scratch, and how most of us aren’t going to have a crank meat grinder on hand.
Hardstyler1: I’d add sone lettuce and some more sauce between the meat oh yeah
panorama_change: Needs more bacon.
lordrazorvandria: Looks fucking amazing. Making your own burgers is the best!
However, don’t wear your ring while cooking. Do you have any idea of the *nastyness* that can stick to a ring?
the_c00ler_king: Yep. That looks amazing.
macsyme: This is a repost right?
Reddit_is_American: Bacon needs more time
peyotekoyote: Jesus ya’ll are critical af over burgers.
timboisvert: Duke’s Mayo would’ve been better on this than Kewpie. One man’s opinion.
gregthegregest2: Here’s the original source video recipe: https://youtu.be/kSgj-F0jOj8
This burger simple but tasty. The kewpie Mayo kicks the flavor up a notch.

Thescarrydoor: Needs pineapple and possibly blue cheese
wellyeahbutstill: Where’s the avocado?
yarzospatzflute: What happened to the 3rd patty?
JustAnotherMeatDonut: mmmmmmmmmmmm yummy
elingeniero: “Just use your charcoal barbeque”
fuck off
jamiedix0n: Bacon should be crispier. Otgerwise looks tasty.
DoiTasteGood: Americans have bad cheese
UNMENINU: Gotta let that meat get to room temp after you take it out of the fridge.
