alemedo8: This looks damn delicious! The shape reminds me of that Georgian bread-pizza-cheese thing that made its rounds around reddit a few weeks/months ago? I bet there’s a cultural-culinary relationship here somewhere?
chosenamewhendrunk: I will accept any challenge that involves a pide, those things are delicious.
1. Slice cheese
2. Dice cheese
3. Pour oil on cheese
3. Add crushed peppers & herbs to cheese
4. Flatten dough
5. Elongate dough
6. Splat **mystery meat & sauce** to dough
7. Roll up edges
8. Half bake mystery meat sauce dough
9. Finish baking with cheese
10. cut and serve
Someone tell me what that mystery meat & sauce is?
dexdin: I was actually going to experiment and make something like this actually, except with soft inside and crispy outside potato slices on top
I dont know about all that much cheese though, it looks way to greasy to be enjoyed. I will probably also try pre cooking everything including the pizza base slightly before adding it all together, also sour cream
Come_On_You_Blues: Why did I watch this? Ugh, I’m so hungry .
EnigmaticAlien: I’d eat that in a heartbeat.
Dough looks great too.
Wish there was a recipe for this dough.
Sayena08: This looks a helluva lot tastier than the ones I’ve had in Cyprus.
Unpredictabru: Challenge is probably to eat the whole thing. Which I’d gladly do
DaMisterO: Sucuk pide are the shit (source : live in a neighbourhood with heavy turkish population)

Garod: I wish all of our turkish shops were as generous with their topics as you are… looks awesome
shapeless79: So it’s a Pide Ad…..
I’ll show myself out….
SurDin: Do you pronounce it as pie-d or as pee-deh?
Also, looks pretty similar to lahmajun
epicdaddy31: “That’s a calzone” said Ben Wyatt
chea_buddy: Ate the shit out of this when I visited Turkey.
virtualmitch101: Please tell me that is not a bedpan!

First of all I would like to say great blog! I
had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and
clear your thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting
my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10
to 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
Appreciate it!
