lolly_lag: As you’ve learned, it’s for cutting butter into flour. Since this one is wire, it’s going to work best with butter that has been let warm on the counter. Unfortunately, a lot of recipes call for cold butter. I suggest cutting your butter into the smallest pieces you can before you drop it into the flour.
