Have your cab driver drop you off at this restaurant called Seafood Haven. The macaroni is a side dish, and you might miss it, but sweet non – existent Jesus it is the most amazing thing you never knew you needed.
Sure, the fried grouper is to die for, but that little cube of greasy macaroni might very well be the best thing about my trip to the Bahamas. So dense. So full of flavor.
