BadWolfCubed: That’s a lot of potato wedges. If you’re using the small, waxy potatoes, you’ll get about 6 wedges per potato. You can double that with the bigger baking potatoes, but they won’t be that perfect wedge shape since they’ll be flat on one end.
So for 711 wedges, you’ll need 119 yellow or red potatoes, 3 1/3 cups of olive oil, 10 tbsp. garlic powder, 10 tbsp. salt, 7 tsp. paprika, 7 cups of shredded parmesan cheese, and 20 tbsp. parsley.
Should serve about 120 to 180 people. Bon appétit!
