Xcelr: One-pot makes it sound easy, but you need a sous vide and an hour? Somebody is going to try and cook it in a regular pot and they gonna curdle their hollandaise.
fuckyouidontneedone: someone please tell me how to feel about this one
gracesw: Not even close to 1 pot. Making it the regular way is much easier, poached eggs are so simple. Blender hollandaise is sooo simple. Using the oven for the muffins is not a bad trick to make a larger number of servings.
xtiaaneubaten: as someone who spent *years* as a breakfast cook part of me died watching this.

phil_28: are we sure this isnt a tasty kitchenware ad? feels like it.
Kangaroo_Quart: Did they just poach an egg inside its own shell? I never knew that was possible.
RealStumbleweed: This actually takes two pans. In the second one you’re going to cook the bacon and eggs you’re going to eat for breakfast while your Hollandaise sous vides.
ithoughtilostyou: I love all the “one-pot” hate.
This looks great. I might try it today.
BlandSlamwich: yeah you could make hollandaise like that, or you could do it correctly and not have to strain it after 25 minutes… wtf
TheLadyEve: Interesting, I’ve never seen a Hollandaise cooked sous vide! I also don’t usually poach my eggs in the shell. I’m curious and I might give this a try.
TodaLaNoche: SO raw egg on top of raw egg on a biscuit?
