Jadafaa:
Ingredients:
2 diced medium red tomatoes
250 g of ground beef
4 clove of garlic
4 tbsp of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Shopped parsley or coriander or both (depending on your herbs preferences)
1 tbsp of tomato paste (optional, just to have a pretty color )
Preparation:
In a skillet on a medium heat, put the diced tomatoes with the olive oil and let it cook for 15 minutes until the tomatoes melt completely and start to look more like sauce, add salt paper, 1 tbsp of paprika, tomato paste, chopped garlic and the herb of your choice (in my recipe,it was coriander and parsley, 2tbsp) add some water if your sauce gets dry.
Pur your meat in a plate and spice it with a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tbsp of paprika and 1 tbsp of coriander and parsley chopped ( again add the herbs that you like most,I also add cumin to ground meat,it gives it a super nice taste) work it out with your hands to get the spices mixed up with the meat and make balls the size you like.
Add the meat balls to the tomatoes sauce and let it cook for about 10 min until the meat is cooked and the sauce thickens.
Enjoy

f1del1us: Mmm this looks like it could use a dash of sriracha
Jibaro123: I like soft meatballs so ive incorporated soft white day old bread cut in cubes and soaked in hot milk.
After rolling in bread crumbs abd frying gently, place them in a clean skillet with a good lid and add a can of Sam Marzano tomatoes, crushed.
Simmer until tge tomatoes get soaked up before adding to your “Sunday gravy”
When in feeling flush, i get other groubd meat as well such as lamb or pork.
When I’m feeling heartless I get veal.
It really does make a better meatball with multipke meats.
