###Ingredients
* Slider buns
* 1 can black beans
* ½ small red onion, sliced
* 2 garlic cloves, crushed
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
* ¼ teaspoon chili powder
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ½ cup oat flour (or rolled oats in a blender)
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* Fixings: tomatoes, lettuce, avo
###Instructions
1. Sauté onions and garlic in a pan with some vegetable oil, ensuring you do not burn the garlic.
2. Thoroughly drain the can of beans but do not rinse the beans.
3. Use a potato masher to smash the beans. A fork will also do.
4. Once the onions are translucent, combine them with the smashed beans and all remaining ingredients.
5. Mix well and freeze the mixture for 30 minutes.
6. Take out of the freezer and form slider-sized patties.
7. Cook in a pan with some oil until both sides are firm.
8. Top with your favorite fixings and enjoy!
