Vanilla Soy milk/ Any plant based milk – 200 ml
Flax seeds – 1 Tbsp
Protein Powder – 1 scoop
Peanut butter – 1 Tbsp
Jaggery syrup / sweetener of your choice – 1 Tbsp (optional)
Toppings of your choice
**METHOD**
1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
2. Adjust the thickness consistency of the smoothie with adding milk as desired.
3. Top it with fruits, nuts or seeds of your choice and enjoy.
