Chocolate zoats:
- 1 large zucchini, peeled and shredded
- 1c oats
- 2c unsweetened cashew milk
- 0.25c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3T Stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
Add above ingredients to a saucepan on the stove, bring to a boil and simmer until thickened and reduced to preferred Oat consistency. Set aside to cool.
Layer oats and the following ingredients in 4 containers (2 of each flavor):
- 2C Vanilla light yogurt
- 2C 1% cottage cheese
S’mores jar only:
- 8 pieces (2 sheets graham crackers)
- 0.25c marshmallow fluff (I stirred this into the cottage cheese layer)
Cookies n Cream jar only:
- 13 mini Oreo thin bites
- 0.25c lite cool whip
