Curried pumpkin and peas with ground turkey

Ingredients
-2 tbsp. unsalted butter
-1/2 lb ground turkey
-1 medium onion
-1 garlic clove
-2½ tsp. curry powder
-½ tsp. salt
-½ tsp. Freshly ground pepper
-2 lb. pumpkin (peeled and cubed)
-2 medium red potatoes (diced)
-1½ c. low-sodium chicken broth
-¾ c. golden raisins
-¾ c. frozen baby peas (thawed)
Directions
With the butter, Sauté onion, garlic, and turkey until done and onion is soft.
Add salt, pepper and curry, stir in potatoes, sauté another 5 minutes.
Add broth, raisins, and pumpkin, stir, Cook ten minutes on med/hi, gently stirring about every 3-5 minutes.
Add peas, cook another 5-10 minutes (until potatoes and squash are soft) – be careful not to over-stir
