reddiffied: 1 box kumquat
Juice from 1/2 of lemon
Handful crystal sugar
1/2 tbs molasses
Water
1. Cut kumquats in slices, and discard big seeds.
2. Marinate kumquat slices with crystal sugar for 1hr
3. Cook kumquat slices with lemon juice and add water as needed
4. Cook for 30mins and add additional sugar per taste
5. Bottle once cooled
