Rsubs33: I am not a fan of cream in eggs or milk to separates and just leads to watery overcooked eggs, but if you are going to do that you should have at least whisked the eggs prior to added all the shit. No way they are whisked completely. Also it is better to season after cooking, especially with salt which can break down the eggs and make them watery. This is all on top of the I hate microwaves for cooking, but that can be overlooked if you just want it as a time saver.
