DRJT: Wow this puts the earlier curry gif to shame
Also makes me feel nostalgic. My mum always used chicken on the bone, and I rarely see that in curry recipes. Then again we did always eat the “traditional” way with our hands
sortakindah: Looks good. Out of curiosity, what does the clay pot add?
maxxon15: The *real* chicken curry 👌🏼
the_c00ler_king: Lovely.
reachouttouchFate: this curry > “just add curry spice” last curry
alex_at_panc: If you have a secondhand clay pot, please check it for lead.

haloryder: Interesting that most of the sauce comes from water. I always thought it was coconut milk.
jaredwards: Coriander leaves = cilantro FYI
EatedIt: Might be a stupid question, but does “no” (such as 2 no) mean number? Like 2 no = put 2 in? I’m not familiar with that.
Infiking385: Pretty legit. The only thing I would change would be replacing the water and Tomato puree with actual tomatoes to make the taste less diluted, but it’s completely accurate either way.
PM_Me_nudiespls: Glad to see no crappy store bought paste.
PandaOnOpium: ITT: people who keep complaining about the other recipe. You’ve probably never made the Japanese curry, but that’s how it is usually made. Either using the blocks of it or paste. Don’t know many people who would ever do it from scratch. It’s delicious using the blocks.
This recipe looks amazing though. Might try next weekend
DFisBUSY: Note, if you are going to hand-mix your raw chicken… be sure to wear gloves cause tumeirc stains like a bitch.
