The recipe for the cookie/cookies3
1. 1/2 cups cup4cup Multipurpose flour
(Cup4cup is a gluten free multipurpose flour blend)
2. 1/2 tsp baking soda
3. 3/4 tsp salt
4. 2 sticks of softened butter
5. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
6. 2 cups dark brown sugar
7. 2 large eggs
8. 2 tsp vanilla extract
9. 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
For the finishing touches you will need
1. Vanilla ice cream
2. Chocolate syrup
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
2. Cream your butter and both sugars together.Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
3.Add gluten free flour, baking soda and salt and then mix until well blended.
4.Stir in your chocolate chips.
5. Now here is where I diverge from the regular recipe. Instead of putting your cookies on a cookie sheet to bake like normal, grease a cast iron or oven safe skillet and add in your cookie dough and press it down evenly. You want a relatively thin layer but not super thin like about a 1/4th of an inch.
6. Put your skillet in the oven for 10-15 minutes but I would recommend taking it out closer to 10 minutes so that it’s still slightly gooey.Take your cookie out of the oven and top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup!
