slice it on 1 side, leave the other side but peel first skin, slice vertically so you can pop out a ring, and you can do this 3-5 times and makes 3-5 ”oignon” bombs with 1, and the taste is better with only 1 strip of oignon. i use some jamaican spicy/orange/Lime seasoning alongside blackpepper on steaks.
